The doctrine of the Trinity stated: in a circular letter from the Baptist ministers and messengers, assembled at Olney, Bucks, May 28, 29, 1776. Maintaining the important Doctrines of Three equal Persons in the Godhead; Eternal and Personal Election; Original Sin; Particular Redemption; Free Justification by the imputed Righteousness of Christ; Efficacious Grace in Regeneration; the Final Perseverance of the Saints; and the Independency, or Congregational Order, of the Churches of Christ inviolably. To the several Churches they represent, or have received Letters from, meeting at Nottingham, Sheepshead, Leicester, Sutton, Arnsby, Foxton, Okeham, Spalding, Soham, Kettering, Walgrave, Northampton, Road, Olney, Carleton, and St. Albans: As also to the many Churches not yet in this Association, who, notwithstanding, countenance it, by the Attendance of their Ministers and Members: Grace be unto you, and Peace from God our Father, and from the Lord Jesus Christ.
